What to do if your computer was stolen

1. Clear browsing data

If you are signed in to Chrome on the stolen device, clear your browsing data (including history, passwords, etc), as this will update to all synced devices. Make sure you’re also signed in to Chrome on the device where you clear your browsing data.

2. Sign out of Chrome remotely

You can remove access to Google services on your stolen device through the My Account page. This should stop the stolen machine from having access to everything that's connected to your Google account, including Chrome. However, your locally saved Chrome profile data will still be available, so remove your browsing data before signing out.

오큘러스는 지난주 국립전파연구원으로부터 오큘러스 리프트 3종(헤드셋, 위치감지 센서, 리모컨)의 전파 인증을 마쳤다. 오큘러스 리프트는 지난 3월 말 미국 등지에서 처음 출시됐다. 가격은 599달러(약 68만6000원)로 비교적 고가지만 예약 판매 당시 하루 만에 3개월치 물량이 동날 정도로 큰 인기를 얻은 제품이다.

오큘러스 리프트는 고성능 PC와 연계해 사용하는 게 특징이다. 뛰어난 화질과 높은 해상도로 좋은 평가를 받고 있다. 주로 게임 콘텐츠에 특화돼 있지만 영화나 뮤직비디오, 디자인산업에도 쓰이고 있다.

국내에선 삼성전자, LG전자 등이 360도 촬영이 가능한 VR 카메라 등을 잇따라 내놓으면서 VR기기 관련 시장이 커지고 있다. 삼성전자는 다음달 2일 공개하는 스마트폰 갤럭시노트7과 함께 VR 헤드셋인 기어VR 새 제품을 내놓을 것으로 알려졌다. 이 제품은 구글의 VR 플랫폼인 ‘데이드림’을 활용할 것이란 전망이 나온다.

삼성 갤럭시 화면 분할 끄기 (멀티 윈도우)

1. 갤럭시의 화면 분할 기능은 최근 실행 앱 버튼을 길게 누르면 실행된다

chmod 를 recursive 하게 적용하는 법

폴더 밑의 permission 을 recursive 하게 바꿔주려면

chmod -R

을 쓰면 됨. 예를 들어 폴더 밑의 모든 파일들의 퍼미션을 read only 로 해주려면

chmod -R -w foldername

와 같이 해줌. 그러면 모두 읽기 전용이 됨
